Redtree Development Group, LLC ("Redtree," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect — both through this website and through our business outreach — how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us

When you use the chat widget on our Contact page, call us, or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, whatever details about your project you choose to type into the chat, and the messaging preferences you select. The chat widget is the only place on this website where we collect contact information — there is no contact form.

If you check a consent box in our chat widget, we also record which box you checked and the fact that you gave consent, so that we can honor your preferences and demonstrate that consent was given.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this website, our website and the third-party tools described below may automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from. This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies, and it may be associated with your contact record if you start a chat with us.

Information From Public and Business Sources

For business-to-business outreach, we also obtain business contact information from sources that are publicly accessible or commercially available, which may include business directories and listing sites, public records, real estate and MLS-related public property records, professional and company websites, professional association or brokerage rosters, and similar legitimate public sources. The information we obtain this way is business contact information such as a name, business role or brokerage, business email address, business phone number, and business address.

Receiving a message from us because your information appeared in one of these sources does not mean you signed up for anything. We do not treat publicly sourced contact information as consent or as an opt-in, and we do not represent that you have an existing relationship with us when you do not. If you would rather not hear from us, you can opt out at any time using the methods in "Your Choices and Rights" below, and we will honor that request.

Publicly sourced contact information is used only for business outreach by email or telephone. We do not send marketing text messages to phone numbers obtained from public sources, purchased lists, or any other source that did not opt in. Text messages are sent only to people who have affirmatively opted in through our chat widget, as described below.

How We Communicate With You

We treat these categories of communication differently:

• Service and transactional communications — replies to the request you submitted, estimates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, project updates, invoices, and warranty or completion follow-up. If you contact us or hire us, we may send these by phone, email, or in writing in order to do the work you asked for.
• Marketing email — promotional messages, offers, and updates. We send these to people who opted in by checking the email consent box, and to business contacts as described in the section above. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our physical mailing address, and includes a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly.
• Text messages (SMS) — sent only to people who affirmatively opted in by checking the applicable consent box in our chat widget. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, are always optional, and are never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing any service. Informational/transactional texts and promotional texts are consented to separately, so you can agree to one without the other. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.
• Cold business outreach — an initial email or phone call to a business contact whose information came from a public source, as described above. This is not based on your consent, it is clearly identified as coming from Redtree, and you can opt out at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your estimate request or inquiry
• To prepare estimates and to schedule and communicate about appointments, repairs, and projects
• To send marketing emails, where you have opted in or as described in "Information From Public and Business Sources"
• To send informational, transactional, and promotional text messages that you have opted in to receive
• To record and honor your communication preferences and opt-out requests
• To understand how our website is used and to improve our website and services
• To maintain accurate business, project, and consent records, and to comply with legal obligations

SMS / Text Messaging Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of purpose. Text messaging opt-in data is used solely to deliver the communications described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including a website tracking script provided by our customer relationship management platform, HighLevel (also operating as LeadConnector). These tools record page visits, campaign and referral parameters, and the information you send us through the chat widget, and associate that activity with your contact record so we can respond to you and understand which marketing efforts are working. Our website also loads an embedded chat widget from the same platform and embedded mapping services from Google.

Because these third-party tools operate across the websites of their own customers, they may be able to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We do not permit them to use your information for their own independent marketing. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; blocking them may cause parts of this website, including the chat widget, to stop working correctly.

This website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common standard for honoring them has been adopted.

Service Providers We Use

We use a small number of third-party providers to run our business. They may process your information only to provide services to us, and only under obligations consistent with this policy. These include:

• A customer relationship management, email, and text messaging platform — HighLevel / LeadConnector — which stores contact records, consent preferences, and communication history, and delivers our email and SMS messages through its telecommunications partners
• Our website host and website platform
• Embedded mapping services provided by Google

We do not authorize these providers to sell your information or to use it for their own marketing.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Beyond the service providers listed above, we may share limited information with subcontractors, suppliers, or trade partners when it is necessary to perform work you have requested, and we may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Data Retention

We keep contact and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and then for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep it — for example, to support warranty questions, to resolve disputes, and to meet recordkeeping, tax, licensing, and contracting obligations that apply to Nevada contractors. Records of messaging consent and of opt-out requests are kept for as long as we are able to contact you plus a reasonable period afterward, so that we can prove consent was given and continue to honor an opt-out. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unusable.

Your Choices and Rights

• Text messages: reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message from us to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Marketing email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at sales@redtreelv.com and ask to be removed. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly and do not require you to log in, pay a fee, or give a reason.
• Phone calls: tell us on the call, or contact us using the details below, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
• Access, correction, and deletion: contact us using the details below to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to keep.
• Nevada residents: Nevada law gives consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information it has collected. We do not sell personal information. If you would like to submit a verified request regarding the sale of your information, or exercise any other choice described here, email us at sales@redtreelv.com or write to the address below, with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Opting out of marketing does not stop service or transactional communications about work you have asked us to perform or that is already underway.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent update, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
