Program Name: Redtree Development Group Customer Care & Promotional Messaging

Program Description: Redtree Development Group, LLC ("Redtree," "we," "us") operates a mixed text messaging (SMS) program for customers and prospective customers who opt in through the chat widget on our Contact page.

Customer care messages relate to services you have requested or inquired about, including:

• Estimate and quote follow-ups
• Appointment and walkthrough confirmations or reminders
• Scheduling and project status updates
• Repair, renovation, or job-completion notifications
• Responses to inquiries you submit to us

Promotional messages may include:

• Seasonal offers and special promotions
• Service and maintenance reminders
• News about services we offer

You consent to each message type separately at opt-in. Consent to receive promotional messages is never a condition of purchasing any service.

How to Opt In

You opt in through the chat widget on our Contact page, which is the only place on our website where we collect a phone number or SMS consent. In the chat you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box for the message types you wish to receive. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and checking them is never required in order to start a chat, receive an estimate, or purchase any service. You may consent to customer care messages without consenting to promotional messages. This program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

We send text messages only to numbers whose owner has opted in through one of the methods above. We do not add numbers to this program from purchased lists, business directories, public records, or any other source that did not opt in, and we do not send marketing text messages to numbers obtained that way.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active project or inquiry status. You may receive multiple messages related to scheduling and completion of a job, or none at all if there is no active communication needed.

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you would like to begin receiving messages again, you may sign up again as you did the first time, or send a message to the program.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage and reliability may vary by carrier and location.

Your information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No mobile opt-in data or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
