These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at redtreelv.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Redtree Development Group, LLC ("Redtree," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Redtree Development Group, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company operating as a licensed contractor in Nevada under Nevada Contractor License B-2 #0079323, with a bid limit of $2,400,000.00. Our mailing address is 9811 W. Charleston Blvd, #2555, Las Vegas, NV 89117.

The Site Is Informational

Content on this Site — including service descriptions, project photographs, and process explanations — is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a bid, a warranty, or professional advice for your specific property, and it does not create a contractor–client relationship. Availability, scope, scheduling, and pricing depend on the specific project and are confirmed only in writing.

Estimates and Requests

Starting a chat with us through the chat widget on our Contact page, or otherwise contacting us, is a request for information. It does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not obligate us to perform work. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available to us at the time and may change if conditions, scope, or access differ from what was described. Estimates are not binding until reflected in a signed written agreement.

Construction Work Is Governed by a Separate Written Contract

These Terms apply to your use of this Site only. They do not govern any construction, repair, or renovation work we perform. That work is governed exclusively by the separate written contract signed by you and Redtree for that project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed project contract, the signed project contract controls.

Communications and Consent

When you send us your details through the chat widget on this Site, you are asking us to contact you about your request, and we may reply by phone, email, or in writing to respond to that request. The chat widget is the only place on this Site where we collect contact information or messaging consent. Marketing emails and text messages are separate: we send those only where you have opted in, and the consent checkboxes in the chat widget are optional, are never pre-checked, and are never a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing any service.

Accurate Information

You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Please do not submit another person's phone number or email address for messaging consent, and do not submit consent on behalf of someone else. This Site is not directed to children, and our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or fraudulent requests, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, to interfere with its normal operation, to scrape or harvest content or contact information for unsolicited commercial purposes, or to use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

Project Photography and Portfolio

Photographs shown on this Site depict work performed by Redtree unless otherwise noted. Individual projects vary in scope, materials, condition, and cost, and images are not a representation that your project will produce the same result, timeline, or price.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos, and project photography — are owned by Redtree or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site uses third-party services to operate, including a hosted chat and customer relationship management platform, website analytics tools, and embedded mapping services. The Site may also link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites and services. Disclaimer Regarding the Site

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It does not disclaim any warranty, obligation, or standard of workmanship that applies to construction work we perform, which is addressed in your signed project contract and by applicable Nevada law.

Limitation of Liability Regarding the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redtree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation applies to your use of the Site only, and does not apply to claims arising from construction work we perform.

Your Rights Under Nevada Law

Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or shortens any right or remedy available to you under Nevada law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement, including rights relating to licensed contractors and residential construction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

Redtree is licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board. Consumers may contact the Board regarding a licensed Nevada contractor.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date below reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
